signature health care law. the announcement only came last week. what do you make of the bombshell revelations? >> these e-mails show pattern that has been happening throughout the obama care scandal at this point. this goes back to may that there were problems and delays tests thinking missed and major contracts that hadn't been let out and more that there wasn't anyone really in charge. so this administration the white house was so determined to come out with this obama care on october 1st regardless of these problems. >> as each new revelation comes out. let me ask you this, does it make it a bigger problem for is he safe so to speak. does he came out and said i'm going to make she's fixes and i didn't know any of this. problems are so big and so multiple they are still having to fix it. the fixes go a long way. secondly, you know this is a case where the president and democrats put their faith in 1/7th of our nation's economy. what is coming clear of the e-mails things where the system is breaking down eternally controls there wasn't somebody in charge. >> the question is who w

. have a great week. >>> the obama administration says its health care website should now work for the vast majority, there's that word again, of americans. there are still plenty of errors being reported. like peter dfound out. what did you find out? >> a lot more problems to healthcare.gov than on amazon, gretchen. all morning long healthcare.gov is having major issues. they appear to be the result of high volume. the administration said this week, as you know, 50,000 users are supposed to be able to simultaneously shop at healthcare.gov. mo most of my attempts to log in or apply for coverage today have been met with this notice. there are too many visitors at the website. there is an option to enter an e-mail for a follow up about better times to come back. i first entered my e-mail 11:40 this morning, about 2 1/2 hours ago. still waiting for that note back. take a look at this. just complete gibberish. on the first screen that an interested consumer would see after leaving the home page, this shot i took at my desk just a little bit more than one hour ago. then yesterday the first
